珠江三角洲水资源配置工程复合衬砌结构钢-混凝土组合梁界面特性试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 以珠江三角洲水资源配置工程为背景,为优化工程设计及施工工艺提供技术支撑,需要对复杂地质条件下高水压盾构输水隧洞复合衬砌结构系列关键技术进行研究与开发。因此,对复合衬砌结构中钢-自密实混凝土组合结构界面力学性能进行了试验研究,通过对组合构件分别设置不同的剪力连接件布置形式,设计了6组试件进行试验。根据试验结果,对钢-自密实混凝土组合构件的破坏形态、荷载挠度关系、滑移量以及应力应变关系等进行了详细分析。试验结果表明,栓钉-纵肋综合连接件相较于其他剪力连接件对组合构件的综合性能提升最大。研究成果可为类似工程选择合适的界面处理方式提供借鉴。 Taking Pearl River Delta Water Resources Allocation Project as the study background,a series of key technologies are necessary to be studied and developed for the composite lining structure of the high water pressure shield water conveyance tunnel under complicated geological condition,so as to provide the relevant technical supports for optimizing the project design and the construction technology.For this purpose,the experimental study on the steel-self compacting concrete composite structural interface in the composite lining structure is carried out.Through separately setting different arrangement patterns of shear-joints,six groups of specimens are designed for the experiment.According to the experiment results,the failure pattern,load-deflection relationship,amount of slip,strain-stress relationship,etc.of the steel-self compacting concrete composite member are analyzed in detail.The experiment result shows that the enhancement on the comprehensive performance of the composite member from the stud-longitudinal rib composite joint is the largest if it is compared with the other kinds of shear joints,which has an important referential significance for selecting suitable interface treatment mode for this kind of project.
