水利工程与管道交叉节点的保护方案评估分析

Evaluation and analysis of protection scheme for crossing node between water conservancy project and pipeline

通过对某泵站工程涉天然气管道交叉情况的分析,提出一套泵站施工时的管线保护方案,从法律法规、交叉角、跨越方式、管道埋深等方面,评估泵站工程对管道安全造成的影响,以及施工过程存在的风险、隐患。通过提出补充和完善的对策措施及建议,以加强对管道的保护,为有关部门进行安全监督和管理提供依据。

Through the analysis on the situation of the crossing between a pumping station project and a natural gas pipeline,a set of scheme for the pipeline protection during the construction of the pumping station is put forward herein,and then the impacts from the construction of the pumping station on the safety of the pipeline as well as the risks and hidden dangers in the construction process are evaluated from the aspects of laws and regulations,angle of the crossing,crossing mode,the buried depth of the pipeline,while the countermeasures and suggestions for the relevant supplements and perfections to strengthen the protection of the pipeline are proposed as well,so as to provide a basis for the safety supervision and management to be carried out by the sectors concerned.
