关于河口村水库移民安置创新模式的思考

Thinking on innovation mode of migrant settlement for Hekoucun Reservoir

河口村水库作为172项重大水利工程之一,移民搬迁安置后生产生活水平的好坏直接决定了工程的成败。研究发现,河口村水库移民搬迁安置成效明显,移民生产生活水平得到了快速恢复和提高。同时,移民搬迁安置过程中,在移民安置方式、移民搬迁实施方式、移民后续发展等方面也积累了一些好的经验和做法,可为其他大型水库移民搬迁安置工作提供借鉴。

As one of the172 major water conservancy projects,the success or failure of the construction of Hekoucun Reservoir directly depends on the production and living levels therein after the migrant relocation and settlement for the construction of the reservoir,The relevant study finds out that the remarkable result of the migrant relocation and settlement is achieved along with quick recovery and enhancement of the production and living levels of the migrant.Meanwhile,some better experiences and measures in the aspects of the migrant settlement mode,the implementation mode of migrant relocation,the following-up development of migrant,etc.are accumulated during the migrant relocation and settlement,which can provide some references for the migrant relocation and settlement for the other relevant large-scale reservoirs.
