摘要
以文得根水利枢纽的水轮发电机组为例,结合工程的实际需求,在系统分析飞轮力矩GD^2与轮速之间的相互影响、GD^2不同取值对水轮发电机组的重量、尺寸,以及机组调节性能影响的基础上,对该工程初步设计和技施两个阶段发电机组的转动惯量性能参数进行优化分析,并最终确定了大型机GD^2=620 t·m^2,小型机GD^2=9 t·m^2的方案,为工程确定最优的水轮发电机组参数提供了依据,也可为类似工程的水轮发电机组设计提供参考。
By taking the hydropower generating unit of Wendegen Water Control Project as the study case and combining with the actual demands of the project,the optimization analysis on the performance parameters of the moment of inertia of the power generating units during both the preliminary design phase and the technical implementation phase is made on the basis of the systematical analysis of the interaction between the flywheel moment GD2 and the wheel speed as well as the influences from different values of GD2 on the weight,dimension and unit regulation performance of the hydropower generating units,and then the scheme of GD2=620 t·m2 for the large-sized unit and GD2=9 t·m2 for the small-sized unit is finally determined,which not only provides the basis for finally determining the optimal parameters of the hydropower generating units,but also can give references for the optimization of the hydropower generating unit in the similar project.
