摘要
小溪河水库工程位于贵州省毕节市赫章县小溪河上,工程任务是城乡生活、工业供水和灌溉,工程等别为Ⅲ等,工程规模为中型,由首部枢纽和输水工程组成。输水工程沿线地形地势复杂,坡度变化较大,输水管道内外压都比较大。同时,线路转弯数量多,输水保证率也要求高。通过管材比选、水力学计算、球墨铸铁管设计计算、明钢管设计计算、钢管防腐形式比选以及最小埋深的设计计算等六方面对本工程输水管道设计进行了分析比选。在保证安全的同时,有利于加快施工进度、节约投资。
Xiaoxi River Reservoir Project is located on Xiaoxihe River in Hezhang County of Bijie Municipality in Guizhou Province,of which the project task is the water supply for urban and rural life,industry and irrigation therein.The project is a medium-sized one and classified as Grade-Ⅲ,which consists of Hydro-jucetion and water conveyance pipeline.The topography along the water conveyance pipeline is complicated with a larger variation of slope gradient and a large amount of turnings,while both the internal and external pressures of the water conveyance pipeline are larger.Simultaneously,the requirement on the water conveyance guarantee rate of the pipeline is higher as well.The comparative selection is made on the design of the water conveyance pipeline of the project from the six aspects,i.e.the comparative selection of the pipeline material,the hydraulic calculation,the design calculation of ductile iron pipe,the design calculation of exposed steel tube,the comparative selection of anti-corrosion pattern for the steel tube and the design calculation of the minimum buried depth,so as to not only ensure the project safety,but also speed up the construction progress and save the investment.
