摘要
以现场安全检查为基础,从安全监测资料分析、工程质量、运行管理、防洪能力复核、渗流安全、结构安全、结构抗震安全、金属结构安全等方面,对上海崇明岛东风西沙水库及取输水泵闸工程进行了全面的安全分析与评价。结果表明:水库的围堤、取水闸、取水泵、输水泵、排水闸等水工建筑物工程质量均为合格;防洪标准以及渗流、结构、抗震安全均满足规范要求。研究成果对同类工程开展安全评价工作具有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the in-situ safety inspection, a comprehensive safety analysis and evaluation of Dongfengxisha Reservoir as well as the water intaking and conveyance pump-sluice projects on Shanghai Chongming Island is carried out from the aspects of the safety monitoring data analysis, construction quality, operation management, the review of flood control capacity, the seepage safety, the structure safety, the structure seismic safety and the metal structure safety, etc. The result shows that all the construction qualities of the hydraulic structures, such as the embankment of the reservoir, the water-intake gates and water-intake pumps, the water-delivery pumps safety, drainage sluice, etc., are qualified, while the flood control standards as well as all the seepage safety, structure safety,and seismic safety meet those requircments specified in the corresponding specifications. The study result has a certain referential significance for the safety evaluation to be made on the similar projects.
