《河湖淤泥处理处置技术导则》解读

Interpretation of the Technical Guidelines of Silt Treatment and Disposal for River and Lake

近年来随着河道综合整治工程的推进和湖库生态清淤工程的增加,每年都要产生大量的清淤疏浚淤泥。为了使淤泥达到"减量化、稳定化、无害化、资源化"处理处置,并实现淤泥处理处置的全过程监管,今年中国水利协会发布实施了《河湖淤泥处理处置技术导则》。《河湖淤泥处理处置技术导则》主要分为:范围、规范性引用文件、术语与定义、基本规定、淤泥预处理、淤泥处理、检验、淤泥处置及附表等9部分,对政府部门监管和建设施工中的技术工艺选择都有指导意义。

In recent years, with the advance of comprehensive river regulation project and the increase of ecological dredging project of river and lake, a large amount of dredging silt is produced every year.For the aim of minimization, stabilization, harmlessness and reutilization for sludge treatment and disposal,and for the realization of supervision over the entire process of sludge treatment and disposal,the China Water Engineering Association issued and implemented the Technical Guidelines of Silt Treatment and Disposal for River and Lake this year.The technical guidelines are mainly divided into nine parts,such as scope、standard specification reference、terms and definitions、basic regulations、sludge pretreatment、sludge treatment、detection and sludge disposal,which have guiding significance for government supervision and technical process selection in construction.
