摘要
米东区属于乌鲁木齐市严重缺水地区,区域经济社会发展需水与供水不足的矛盾日渐突出,以区域节水型社会规划为先导,建设具有区域特点的节水型社会,满足米东区经济社会持续发展合理需水意义重大。在分析了米东区水资源开发利用现状、综合与行业用水水平之后;以现状年为基准,分析研究了米东区近期2020年、远期2030年行业规划发展规模、用水指标与需水量,以米东区水资源管理行业用水量与用水效率红线指标为约束控制,分析计算了规划水平年米东区在水资源承载能力范围内的行业节水潜力,为米东区节水型社会规划提供节水方案支持。
Midong district belong to the zone with serious shortage of water resources within Urumqi city, the contradiction of water supply-demand it extrudes daily during social and economic development in the district. According to the planning of water saving society, it is significant to establish water saving community with regional feature which will satisfy rational water demand of sustainable development of economy and society in Midong district. This article analyzed the levels of comprehensive and industry water consumption in Midong district;studied the scales of industry development, indexes and volumes of water demand in planning years of 2020 and 2030, on basis of the control indexes of water resources management to volume and efficiency of water demand in Midong district, analyzed and computed the water saving potential of various industries in planning years;the research results can be used to support water saving scheme of the water saving society planning in Midong district.
