现阶段新疆水利水电工程建设征地和移民安置存在问题及对策

为实现依法移民、和谐移民、科学移民,面对新形势下国家对水利工程与移民安置的新要求,从实物调查、移民安置规划方案、移民安置管理制度及后期扶持四个方面对新疆水利水电工程建设征地和移民安置的现状、存在的问题和面临的挑战进行分析,提出适应新时代发展要求的应对措施。
