大渡河水电站开发中水土流失环境问题分析 被引量:4

摘要 根据社会经济发展和能源开发战略,四川大渡河规划开发22级水电站,水电站的建设必然造成对自然生态环境的影响。通过对枕头坝、深溪沟、瀑布沟、大岗山和泸定水电站的实地调查研究,文章从水土保持角度分析了大渡河水电开发施工建设期和大坝建成后对环境产生的影响,提出环境保护需建立评价指标,针对具体问题采取相应措施进行防治。 According to the strategy of social and economic development and energy development, 22 hydropower stations are planned and developed in Dadu River, Sichuan Province. The construction of hydropower stations will inevitably affect the natural ecological environment. Based on the field investigation and study of pillow dam, Shenxigou, Pubugou, Dagangshan and Luding Hydropower Stations, this paper analyzes the impact on the environment during the construction period of Dadu River hydropower development and after the completion of the dam from the perspective of soil and water conservation, and puts forward that evaluation indexes should be established for environmental protection, and corresponding measures should be taken to prevent and control specific problems.
