高校研究生思想政治教育实践育人的路径研究

On the Pathways of Educating Postgraduates through Practice in the Ideological and Political Education of Universities

以高校研究生思想政治教育实践育人为视角,以思想政治教育实践育人的路径为重点,以提升实践育人的针对性和实效性为着力点,梳理了高校研究生思想政治教育的历史发展脉络,为高校思想政治教育提供理论和现实基础;阐析了高校研究生思想政治教育的新时代要求,将实践育人与新时代要求有机结合,体现实践育人的时代特征;分析了高校研究生思想政治教育实践育人的现状,总结取得成绩的同时,厘清存在的问题;并针对问题探索了实践育人的路径,即坚持主体性原则彰显特色、完善培育考核方案、创新培育模式。

From the perspective of educating postgraduates through practice in the ideological and political education of universities,this paper focuses on the pathways of practice education of ideological and political education,in order to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of practical education as main point.It combs the historical development context of ideological and political education for postgraduates in universities and provides theoretical and realistic foundations for ideological and political education in universities.It also explains and analyzes the requirements of the new era of ideological and political education for postgraduates in universities,organically integrating practical education with the requirements of the new era,and reflecting the characteristics of the era of practical education.The paper analyzes practice education for the status quo of ideological and political education while summing up the achievements and clarifying the existing problems.It explores the pathways of practice education for the problems,that is,adhering to the principle of subjectivity,highlighting the characteristics,improving the cultivation and assessment plan,and innovating the cultivation mode.
