Professor Xu Zhenye's Experience in Differentiation and Treatment of Cancer with Classical Prescriptions

徐振晔教授深耕于中医肿瘤临床与教学数十载,提出基于精气亏虚论治肺癌的学术观点,对扶正治癌思想内涵进一步发掘,确立了“益气养精,抑癌解毒”的治疗原则,涵盖了精气、阴阳互求,培土生金,脾肾同治等补虚扶正治法,配合清热解毒、通络化瘀、行气解郁、燥湿化痰、软坚散结等法抑癌解毒,研制了肺岩宁方及二号方、抗瘤增效方、双黄升白方、悬饮宁方、抗癌精方、骨痛灵方等经验方,为中医肿瘤治疗贡献了宝贵财富。徐教授勤求古训,博采众方,临证中不忘效景岳仲景之法,善用经方名方,常获桴鼓之效。

Professor Xu Zhenye has been deeply involved in the clinical and teaching of cancer of traditional Chinese medicine for decades.He has put forward the academic viewpoint of treating lung cancer based on the deficiency of essence and Qi.He has further explored the connotation of the idea of strengthening and treating cancer,and established the treatment principle of"nourishing Qi and essence,inhibiting cancer and detoxifying",which covers the treatment methods of strengthening deficiency and strengthening vital energy,seeking Yin and Yang,strengthening spleen to nourish lungs,treating spleen and kidney together,cooperating with clearing away heat,detoxifying and dredging collaterals.The methods of removing blood stasis,promoting qi and relieving depression,drying dampness and resolving phlegm,softening firm and dispersing knots are used to inhibit cancer and detoxify toxins.He created many empirical formulas such as Feiyanning and the second Feiyanning,Kangliuzengxiao,Shuanghuangshengbai,Xuanyining,Kangaijingfang and Gutonglingfang.Professor Xu is diligent in seeking ancient maxims and absorbing all kinds of prescriptions.He applies Zhang Jingyue and Zhang Zhongjing's methods in the clinical practice.He is good at using the famous prescriptionsand always gains great effects.
