基于文献计量软件对我国药材道地性研究进展的可视化分析

Visual Analysis of the Research Progress of Chinese Geoherbs Based on Bibliometrics

目的归纳分析2000-2021年间关于我国道地药材领域的研究文献,了解我国道地药材的发展演变路径、研究热点和未来发展方向。方法应用CiteSpace软件,以中国知网、万方、维普等数据库作为检索库,对2000-2021年药材道地性相关领域的核心期刊文献收集,进行计量分析。结果共计纳入有限文献2093篇,本领域发文量整体呈现持续增加的趋势;指纹图谱、中药资源、本草考证、HPLC、质量控制等是该领域的主要研究方向;中国中医科学院是最主要的研究机构,其他研究机构多分布于道地药材产区,但各机构间交流合作较少;研究领域形成了以黄璐琦、郭兰萍和陈士林为核心的3个作者群;近年来,研究者关注的热点方向主要为生态种植、炮制、规格等级、经典名方和电子鼻等。结论研究机构间需加强合作交流,增强技术发展和创新;着力开发经典名方,本草考证道地药材,并建立指纹图谱,为经典名方的整体质量控制和评价提供指导。

Objective To analyze the research literature on the field of Chinese Geoherbs from 2000 to 2021,and understand the evolution path,research hotspots and future development directions of Chinese Geoherbs.Methods The CiteSpace was used to quantitatively analyzed the core journal literatures in the field of Chinese Geoherbs from 2000 to 2021,which were collected from the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,and Chongqing VIP.Results A total of 2093 articles were included,and the number of publications in this field has shown a trend of continuous increase.Fingerprints,Chinese medicine resources,herbal research,HPLC,and quality control are the main research directions in this field.The most important research institution is Chinese Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences,and other research institutions are mostly located in genuine producing areas,but there are few exchanges and cooperation between institutions.Three author groups with Huang Luqi,Guo Lanping and Chen Shilin as the core were formed in this research field.Recently,researchers mainly focused on ecology planting,processing,specification grades,classic recipes and electronic noses,etc.Conclusion Research institutions need to strengthen cooperation and exchanges,and enhance technological development and innovation.Efforts should be made to develop classic prescriptions,herbal textural research on Chinese Geoherbs,and establish the fingerprint map to provide guidance for the overall quality control and evaluation of classical prescriptions.
