人体寒热虚实体质客观化方法与技术研究进展

Review on Objective Detection Methods and Techniques of Human Body Cold and Heat Deficiency in Traditional Chinese Medicine

中医人体体表寒热虚实的判断是中医诊断的基本方法之一,本文分析了现有寒热虚实的客观化检测方法与技术,讨论了现有方法的优缺点、总结了目前寒热虚实客观化研究存在的问题。提出了寒热虚实的诊断技术发展思路:以传统中医学八纲中“寒热虚实”鉴别要素为基本点,从中医寒热虚实的症状分析角度出发,分析寒热虚实症状表现的物理现象,通过对人体寒热虚实表现各种物理现象的分析,提取这些现象背后本质的物理参量和呈现的特征,为后续分析与提取寒热虚实的物理特征参数,探索辨识寒热虚实的客观化检测方法和技术建立理论基础、提供思路与方案。
