基于证候表征生物学的中药复方功效物质基础研究思路与方法

摘要 中医临床治疗疾病多以辨证论治,其用药方式多以复方为主,中药复方又多以功效来表述。因此,中药复方的功效既包括了对疾病的治疗,也涵盖了对证候的作用。目前对中药复方功效的研究多围绕治疗疾病的药理作用及发挥作用的药效成分开展研究,而对证候的作用及发挥作用的物质基础研究不足,从而严重影响了中药复方功效的深入研究和科学阐释。其原因主要是由于证候表征的生物学基础缺乏研究,影响了中药复方功效的物质基础研究。基于此,本文首次提出基于“证候表征生物学”的中药复方功效物质基础的研究思路和方法:以中医临床为依据、以病证结合为基础、以功效为导向,在尽可能全面明确中药复方功效的证候表征生物学基础后,整合网络药理学、中药化学、中药药代动力学、生物信息学等多种现代科学技术和方法,解析、确证发挥功效的化学成分及作用机理。该研究思路突出了中医临床应用复方治疗疾病的病证结合、方证相应的用药特点,期望为中医证候及中药复方功效物质基础的研究提供参考。 Syndrome differentiation is often adopted in the clinical treatment of diseases in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and the drug use is mainly compound prescription.The efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine compound prescription is often described.Therefore,the efficacy of Chinese medicine compound prescription covers not only the treatment of diseases,but also the effects on syndromes.At present,studies on the efficacy of compound traditional Chinese medicines mostly focus on the pharmacological effects of diseases treatment and the active pharmacodynamic components,and there is insufficient research on the effects of syndromes and the material basis for their effects,which has seriously affected the in-depth research and scientific interpretation of the efficacy of compound traditional Chinese medicines.The reason for this is mainly due to the lack of research on the biological basis of syndrome characterization,which affected the material basis research on the efficacy of Chinese herbal compound.On account of this,this paper proposed a new idea for the material basis research on the efficacy of Chinese medicine compound based on the concept of"syndrome characterization biology":on the basis of TCM clinical practices,the combination of disease and syndrome,and the efficacy-oriented,after the biological basis of syndrome characterization of the efficacy of Chinese medicine compound was clarified as comprehensively as possible,a variety of modern science and technology and methods such as Chinese medicine chemistry,Chinese medicine pharmacokinetics,network pharmacology,and bioinformatics were integrated to analyze and confirm the chemical components and action mechanism that exerted the efficacy.This study highlights the characteristics of the combination of disease and syndrome,corresponding prescription and syndrome medication in the clinical application of TCM,and expected to provide reference for the research on TCM syndrome and the functional material basis of TCM compound treatment.
