基于CiteSpace探讨针灸治疗COPD的现状与展望

Discussion on the Current Situation and Prospects of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of COPD Based on CiteSpace

目的基于CiteSpace工具进行文献可视化分析,归纳针灸治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)的潜在研究方向和趋势,以期为针灸在COPD的应用提供参考和建议。方法以2001-2021年中国知网、万方、维普、PubMed、web of science、Embase来源的1009篇文献为数据,应用CiteSpace.5.8.R3对作者、研究机构、关键词进行共现分析及知识图谱的绘制。结果针灸治疗COPD的年发文量总体呈现上升的趋势,且以中文文献为主。作者发文频次最高的来自安徽中医药大学的作者,并形成了核心合作团队。但机构间的合作不紧密,跨区域合作有待加强。关键词共现发现研究热点为生活质量、免疫功能、稳定期;聚类及突现分析发现研究重点在于对COPD临床疗效的观察。肠道菌群、m6A修饰等非高频关键词的相关研究报道还较少。结论针灸治疗COPD领域的研究人员及机构应开展多中心、跨区域、国际化合作;在未来研究中重视加强基础研究,特别是关于针灸治疗COPD的作用机制研究,以期找到评估和诊治COPD的生物标记物及治疗靶点;基于当前研究热点,还可考虑将肠道菌群、m6A修饰等与针灸治疗COPD的机制研究结合以丰富研究思路。

Objective Based on the CiteSpace tool to conduct a visual analysis of the literature,summarize the potential research directions and trends of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD),in order to provide references and suggestions for the application of acupuncture in COPD.Methods From 2001 to 2021,1009 articles from CNKI,Wanfang,VIP,PubMed,web of science,and Embase were used as data,and keywords such as intestinal flora and m^(6)A modification are still rare.Conclusion Researchers and institutions in the field of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of COPD should carry out multi-center,cross-regional,and international cooperation;in future research,emphasis should be placed on strengthening basic research,especially on the mechanism of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of COPD,in order to find the evaluation,diagnosis and treatment of COPD Biomarkers and therapeutic targets;based on current research hotspots,intestinal flora,m^(6)A modification,etc.can also be considered to be combined with the mechanism of acupuncture treatment of COPD to enrich research ideas.
