摘要 肥胖是一种常见的慢性代谢性疾病,中医药治疗有一定优势,但其治疗机制至今尚未明确,限制了中医药在此领域的发展。因此,建立一套具有中医特色的肥胖动物模型评价体系对进一步深入研究具有重要意义。本文通过整理分析近年来肥胖中脾胃虚弱证、脾肾阳虚证、痰湿证、痰瘀互结证、肝胃郁热证、脾虚湿盛证和肝郁脾虚证的造模方法,发现存在肥胖模型评价标准不统一、证候造模方法和评价方法不严谨,“病”“证”结合不紧密、以方测证有缺点等问题。可见,肥胖的中医证候模型及其评价体系的建立还要立足在中医肥胖理论和临床的实践中,进行更深入的研究。 Obesity is a common chronic metabolic disease.Traditional Chinese medicine for obesity has certain advantages,but its therapeutic mechanism is still unclear,which limits the development of traditional Chinese medicine in this field of obesity.Therefore,it is of great significance to establish a set of obesity animal model evaluation system with the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine for further research.In this paper,we analyzed the modeling methods of obese animals in recent years,such as spleen-stomach weakness,spleen-kidney yang deficiency,phlegmdampness pattern,syndrome of intermingled phlegm and blood stasis,syndrome of heat stagnation in liver and stomach,spleen vacuity with damp encumbrance and liver depression and spleen deficiency.We found that there are some problems,such as the evaluation standard of obese model,the method of syndrome modeling and evaluation,the combination of disease and syndrome,and testing syndrome by formula.Therefore,in order to more in-depth research,the establishment of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome model and evaluation system of obesity should be based on traditional Chinese medicine obesity theory and clinical practice.
