赵振昌教授治疗急性肾小球肾炎常用药对探析

Analysis of Zhao Zhenchang’s Couplet Medicines for Acute Glomerulonephritis

名老中医赵振昌教授从事临床数十年,擅长治疗各种肾脏疾病,临床疗效显著,尤其是对急性肾小球肾炎的治疗有着非常独特的见解。赵老认为急性肾小球肾炎为本虚标实之病,发生的内在基础和发展的根源是肾虚脾亏;主要因素为风湿、湿浊、热毒、瘀血。在遣药组方时,赵老强调运用“药对”治疗急性肾小球肾炎,比如,“二地配山茱萸”“黄芪配石韦”“三七配二草”等,配伍巧妙,取得了较好的疗效,能够有效减轻急性肾小球肾炎的症状,降低血尿、蛋白尿,保护肾功能,防治急性肾小球肾炎进展。本文整理赵振昌教授应用药对治疗急性肾小球肾炎的临床经验,以期对名老中医赵振昌教授学术思想更好的研究与传承,从而有效的指导临床治疗。

Professor Zhao Zhenchang,a famous traditional Chinese medicine,has been engaged in clinical practice for decades.He is good at treating all kinds of kidney diseases with remarkable clinical effect,especially for the treatment of acute glomerulonephritis.He believes that the internal basis and development root of this disease is deficiency of the kidney and spleen.The main factors are wind dampness,damp turbidity,heat toxicity,blood stasis.Professor Zhao stresses the use of"Couplet Medicines"in the treatment of acute glomerulonephritis,such as:"Radix Rehmanniae Recens,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata and Fructus Corni","Radix Astragali seu Hedysari and Folium Pyrrosiae","Radix Notoginseng and Herba Agrimoniae,Herba Leonuri"and so on.The compatibility is ingenious and the curative effect is remarkable.The treatments can effectively alleviate the symptoms of acute glomerulonephritis,reduce hematuria and proteinuria,protect renal function and prevent the progression of acute glomerulonephritis.In this paper,the clinical experience of Professor Zhao Zhenchang in the treatment of acute glomerulonephritis was summarized in order to better study and inherit the academic thoughts of professor Zhao Zhenchang,a famous old Chinese medicine doctor,so as to effectively guide the clinical treatment.
