中医“瘀毒”理论异病同治的文献计量分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Same Treatment for Different Diseases of "Blood Stasis and Toxin" Theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的采用文献计量方法,系统梳理和分析与中医“瘀毒”理论相关的文献,探讨瘀毒理论当前的研究动态和热点,以期提供更多富有临床价值的参考。方法以中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库为数据来源,“瘀毒”“毒瘀”“瘀毒证”“瘀毒互结”为检索词进行检索,检索时限为建库至2021年12月。筛选符合纳入标准的文献,采用EXCEL 2019对相关数据进行分析,并使用Cytoscape3.7.2绘图进行可视化展示。结果共纳入526篇文献。近5年,“瘀毒”理论发文量达到高峰;发文量最多的机构是南京中医药大学及其附属医院;发文量最多的杂志是《辽宁中医杂志》;文献研究类型以综述和理论探讨为主;瘀毒理论涉及的现代疾病众多,其中研究热点疾病为肿瘤和心血管疾病;“虚瘀毒”为当前瘀毒理论体系下的主要研究内容。结论中医瘀毒理论处于研究和发展阶段,未来研究应开展更多高质量的临床研究和基础研究,使理论探讨、临床研究和基础研究相互补充,共同阐释“瘀毒”理论的科学内涵,为临床提供更多富有价值的参考。

Objective To systematically sort out and analyze the literature related to the theory of"blood stasis and toxin"of traditional Chinese medicine by using the method of bibliometrics,and to explore the current research trends and hot spots of the theory of blood stasis and toxin,in order to provide more references with clinical value.Methods We took CNKI,Wanfang database,VIP database and China biomedical literature database as data sources,"blood stasis and toxin","toxin and blood stasis","syndrome of blood stasis and toxin"and"interaction of blood stasis and toxin"as key words.The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to December 2021.The literatures meeting the inclusion criteria were screened;the relevant data were analyzed by Excel 2019;and Cytoscape 37.2 draw charts for visual display.Results A total of 526 literatures were included.In recent 5 years,the number of papers on the theory of"blood stasis and toxin"had reached a peak;Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and its affiliated hospital had the largest number of documents;Liaoning Journal of Traditional Chinese Medicine had the largest number of articles;The types of literature research were mainly review and theoretical discussion;The theory of blood stasis and toxin involved many modern diseases,among which the hot research diseases were tumor and cardiovascular disease;"Deficiency,blood stasis and toxin"was the main research direction under the current blood stasis and toxin theoretical system.Conclusion The theory of stasis in traditional Chinese medicine is in the research and development stage,and future research should carry out more high-quality clinical research and basic research.So that theoretical discussion,clinical research and basic research complement each other,jointly explain the scientific connotation of"stasis"theory,and provide more valuable references for the clinic.
