桔梗皂苷D在抗肿瘤作用机制中的研究进展

Research Progress of Platycodon D in the Anti-tumor Mechanism

桔梗皂苷D是一种从桔梗科植物桔梗中提取的主要活性成分之一。近年来研究发现,桔梗皂苷D在乳腺癌、肺癌、肝癌、前列腺癌及膀胱癌等多种肿瘤的生长、增殖、转移和凋亡过程中发挥了重要作用。该文总结了近几年桔梗皂苷D对多种肿瘤抗癌机制的研究进展并展望了桔梗皂苷D作为抗肿瘤药物应用于临床的发展前景。

Platycodin D is one of the main active components extracted from Radix Platycodonis.Recent researches have found that platycodin D has the important effect on tumor growth,proliferation,metastasis and apoptosis in breast cancer,lung cancer,liver cancer,prostate cancer,bladder cancer and so on.This paper summarizes the research progress of Platycodon D on the anti-cancer mechanism of various tumors in recent years and looks forward to the development of Platycodon D as an anti-tumor drug for clinical application.
