基于复杂网络社团分析开展叶天士温病医案症药规律的研究

Research on the Pattern of Prescription and Syndrome in the Medical Records of Ye Tiansi’s Febrile Diseases Based on Complex Network Community Analysis

目的基于复杂网络社团分析开展叶天士治疗温病医案病-症-中药挖掘研究,构建叶天士治疗温病症药模型,开展叶天士温病医案症药规律的研究,为临床群体化治疗外感热病提供依据。方法收集所有叶天士医案中症状、中药完备的温病医案,包括风温、湿温、春温、冬温、伏温、温疟等,构建叶天士治疗温病医案数据库,运用复杂网络社团分析方法挖掘叶天士温病医案病-症-中药间的关联共性关系,通过节点度适度过滤调节,构建叶天士温病医案病症药规律模型,通过模型分析,探讨叶天士治疗温病病-症-药规律的特点及症药用药特点。结果通过反复验证,当病-症-药模型节点度过滤点设为30时,模型的维数信息量较好的反映出病-症状-中药三者间的关联关系,以虚线连接,模型包含三层:疾病层、症状层、中药层,三层层内及层间有内在的关联度,节点度越大,在图中的节点面积就越大,模型反映的是叶天士治疗温病辨证用药主要思路,通过点击模型任一点,模型以粗大实线连接可以告知其他层对应的节点群,构建叶天士治疗温病症、药社团组合,分析叶天士治疗温病症药规律,经过温病专家分析和讨论制定出病症药量表。结论基于复杂网络社团分析开展叶天士温病医案症药规律的研究,为中医古文献的研究提供方法学参考,也为突发性传染病早期中医治疗方案快速、有效制定提供依据,有着很好的桥梁纽带作用和现实意义。

Objective To conduct the research on the disease-symptom-Chinese medicine mining based on the complex network community analysis of the medical case of Ye Tianshi for the treatment of Seasonal Febrile Diseases and to construct the symptom and herbs model so as to provide the basis for the clinical group treatment of the external fever.Methods By collecting all the febrile disease medical records with complete symptoms and herbs in Ye Tianshi’s medical records,including anemogenous febrile disease,damp febrile disease,spring febrile disease,winter febrile disease,latent febrile disease,warm malaria,etc.,to construct Ye Tianshi’s medical records database for treating febrile diseases.The association and common relationship between diseases,symptoms and herbs in Ye Tianshi’s febrile diseases medical records were explored by using complex network community analysis,and Ye Tianshi’s febrile disease was constructed through moderate filtering and adjustment of node degree Through the analysis of the model,this paper discusses the characteristics of Ye Tianshi’s treatment of epidemic febrile diseases and the characteristics of symptomatic medication.Results Through repeated verification,when the node degree filter point of the disease symptom herbs model is set to 30,the dimension information of the model can better reflect the relationship among disease symptom traditional Chinese medicine.The model consists of three layers:disease layer:symptom layer:Chinese medicine layer:there is internal correlation degree within and between the three layers.The larger the node degree,the larger the node area in the graph It reflects Ye Tianshi’s main thinking of treating febrile diseases based on syndrome differentiation.By clicking any point of the model,the model can be connected with thick solid lines to inform the corresponding node groups of other layers.According to Ye Tianshi’s generalized epidemic febrile disease category,Ye Tianshi’s combination of treating warm disease and herbs is constructed,and the herbs regulation of Ye Tianshi in treating febrile diseases is analyzed and discussed by experts of febrile diseases to formulate the disease medicine scale.Conclusion Based on the complex network community analysis,the research on the regularity of symptoms and herbs of Ye Tianshi’s febrile disease medical records provides methodological reference for the study of ancient Chinese medicine literature,and also provides the basis for the rapid and effective formulation of TCM treatment plan for sudden infectious diseases,which has a good bridge role and practical significance.
