基于宋金元医学文献数据挖掘的带下病诊治规律研究

Study on the Diagnosis and Treatment Patterns of Leukorrheal Diseases Based on Data Mining of Medical Literatures in Song, Jin and Yuan Dynasty

目的通过数据挖掘宋金元医学文献中治疗带下病的用药规律,为中药临床应用和新方研发提供参考。方法从宋金元医学著作中筛选涉及带下病的52部古籍,将其录入中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)进行频次统计、关联规则分析、聚类分析等组方规律研究,提取新方组合,总结其带下病的诊治规律。结果纳入方剂262首,涉及306味中药,方剂多小而精简,以丸散剂为主;赤白带下病(54.2%)较多,其次为白色带下病(26.0%),其归经侧重不同,但总归肝脾肾三经,药性以温、寒、平,药味以辛、甘、苦居多,以补虚类药物为主;支持度≥27的中药药对组合为5对,无监督熵聚类分析得到13首新处方。结论该研究通过数据分析后得出宋金元时期医学文献中记载的带下病病因多与虚、寒、热有关,病位多在肝、脾、肾三脏,核心药物以补血扶正的四物汤组成为基础,为后世临床治疗带下病提供参考。

Objective To explore the rules of medication for treating concomitant diseases in the medical literature of Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasty through data mining,so as to provide references for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine and the development of new prescriptions.Methods We screened 52 ancient medical literatures from Song,Jin,and Yuan dynasty medical writings related to leukorrheal diseases,and recorded them into the Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support Platform(V2.5)for frequency statistics,association rule analysis,cluster analysis,and other grouping pattern studies,extracted new formula combinations,and summarized their diagnostic and treatment patterns of leukorrheal diseases.Results A total of 262 prescriptions involving 306 medicinals were included,most of which were small and concise,mainly pills and powder;the number of red and white leukorrheal diseases(54.2%)was higher,followed by white leukorrheal diseases(26.0%),which had different emphasis on the normalization of meridians,but always belonged to the three meridians of liver,spleen and kidney;the medicinal properties were warm,cold and flat,and the medicinal flavors were mostly pungent,sweet and bitter,mainly tonic for deficiency;the combinations of medicinal pairs of herbs with support≥27 were 5 pairs,and unsupervised entropy cluster analysis yielded 13 new prescriptions.Conclusion It is concluded in the research after data analysis that the causes for leukorrheal diseases recorded in the medical literature of Song,Jin and Yuan dynasties are mostly related to weakness,coldness and heat.The diseases are mainly appearing in liver,spleen and kidney.In this regard,the core medicines are based on decoction of four ingredients used to replenish the blood and maintain health condition,which further provides reference for the clinical treatment of leukorrheal diseases.
