摘要 天灸是灸法重要组成部分,通过敷贴药物对穴位或患处皮肤的刺激,使其自然充血、潮红甚则发泡而发挥疗效。天灸自古以来被用于多种疫病的防治上,近代研究也表明天灸对肺功能及免疫调节具有改善作用,多用于呼吸系统疾病的防治上。天灸具有操作简单、无烟施灸、安全有效的优势,能增强机体非特异和特异性免疫功能,临床上应重视天灸在治未病中的重要作用,本文就天灸在临床中的应用及相关机制研究展开论述,以期挖掘其在现代新型传染疾病中重大价值与潜能。 Medicinal vesiculation is an important part of moxibustion method.By applying herbal medicine at the acupoints or affected places,stimulating the local skin to congest and even blister to exert its curative effect.Since ancient times,it has been applied to the prevention and cure of the infectious diseases.Also,modern studies have shown that it can improve lung function and immune regulation,and is mostly used for the prevention and treatment of respiratory diseases.Medicinal vesiculation has the advantages of simple operation,smokeless moxibustion,safety and effectiveness,and the effect of improving immunity and preventing infection.In clinical practice,the great value and potential of medicinal vesiculation in preventing and treating infectious diseases should be explored.This paper discussed the clinical application and mechanism research of medicinal vesiculation in order to explore its great value and potential in modern new infectious diseases.
