基于Citespace糖尿病舌象研究的文献计量与可视化分析

Bibliometric and Visual Analysis of Diabetes Tongue Manifestation Based on Citespace

目的对有关糖尿病患者舌象研究的相关文章进行总结分析,望探究该领域的研究热点及发展前沿和趋势,为日后糖尿病舌象的相关研究提供思路。方法以中国知网数据库(CNKI)为数据来源",糖尿病""消渴""舌""舌诊""舌象"为主题词进行检索,检索建库至2020年9月的与糖尿病患者舌象相关的文献,并应用Citespace5.7.R1和NoteExperss 3.2.0软件对相关文献的作者,关键词,发文机构等进行可视化分析,对关键词进行聚类分析,对文献期刊来源、基金情况进行计量学分析,以更直观的形式展现该领域当前研究热点、发展趋势及前沿。结果经检索共获得文献229篇,根据纳入和排除标准,筛查最终纳入文献104篇;结合发文量和基金资助情况来看,发展趋势较平稳,总体呈上升趋势;各机构间同地区合作较多,跨区域交流较少;根据普赖斯定律分析,已形成核心团队;聚类分析结果显示,有8个贡献比较突出的团队,主要以陆灏、仝小林、王忆勤、魏守宽等人带领的团队为代表;研究热点主要集中在2型糖尿病患者舌象特征,研究趋势已向舌诊客观化转变。结论研究热点为2型糖尿病及其并发症、舌象特征及舌诊客观化研究;舌象参数研究是目前舌诊客观化研究的重点内容;建议构建糖尿病患者舌象诊断规范模型,使得舌诊客观化技术能服务于临床。

Objective To summarize and analyze the relevant literatures on tongue manifestation of diabetic patients,and to explore the research hotspots,development fronts and trends in this field,so as to provide ideas for future studies on tongue image of diabetic patients.Methods China national knowledge infrastructure(CNKI)was used as the data source,and“diabetes mellitus”“consumptive thirst”“tongue""tongue diagnosis”“tongue manifestation”were used as the subject terms."The literature related to the tongue manifestation of diabetic patients from the database to September2020 was searched by using Citespace 5.7.R1 and NoteExperss 3.2.0 software to analyze the authors,keywords,and issuing institutions of related literature.The visualization analysis of keywords,clustering analysis of keywords,and metrological analysis of literature sources and funding status were performed to present current research hotspots,development trends and frontiers in this field in a more intuitive form.Results A total of 229 references were retrieved.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,104 references were finally included.From the perspective of publication volume and fund support,the development trend was relatively stable with an overall rising trend.There was more inter-institutional cooperation with the region and less cross-regional exchange;According to price’s law,the core team had been formed.Cluster analysis results showed that there were 8 teams with outstanding contributions,mainly represented by the team led by Lu Hao,Tong Xiaolin,Wang Yiqin,Wei Shoukuan and others.The research focus mainly focused on the tongue characteristics of patients with type 2 diabetes,and the research trend had shifted to the objective tongue diagnosis.Conclusion The research hotspots are type 2 diabetes and its complications,tongue characteristics and objectification of tongue diagnosis;tongue parameters research is the focus of objectification of tongue diagnosis at present;it is recommended to build a standardized model for tongue diagnosis of diabetic patients,so that objectification of tongue diagnosis can serve the clinic.
