人参NAC基因家族成员的鉴定与表达分析 被引量:3

摘要 NAC基因是一类植物中特有的转录因子家族,广泛参与植物生长发育、信号转导及逆境胁迫下的调节过程。本研究鉴定出人参NAC基因家族共有197个成员。将拟南芥NAC基因与鉴定出的人参NAC基因共同构建系统发育树,可将其分为15个亚族。根据转录组分析结果,PgNAC020、PgNAC021、PgNAC022、PgNAC023在花中呈现高表达现象,可能参与花的生长发育;PgNAC075、PgNAC076在果实中高表达,可能参与人参果实成熟过程;PgNAC092、PgNAC093、PgNAC094、PgNAC095可能参与人参花的形态建成,也可能参与植物的抗寒过程。本研究为人参NAC家族基因功能研究,以及NAC调控人参的生长发育提供理论参考。 NAC are a family of transcription factors specific to plants and are widely involved in plant growth and development,signal transduction and regulation under stress.In this study,a total of 197 members of NAC in Radix Ginseng were identified.A phylogenetic tree was constructed by combining NAC in Arabidopsis thaliana with the identified NAC of Radix Ginseng,which can be divided into 15 subfamilies.Transcriptome analysis revealed that twentythree NAC genes were no detection in any of the 5 tissues.Notably,we found that PgNAC020,PgNAC021,PgNAC022,PgNAC023 were highly expressed in flower which indicated that its promoter could be used for flower growth and development.PgNAC075,PgNAC076 were highly expressed in fruit that its promoter may be used for fruit ripening.PgNAC092,PgNAC093,PgNAC094,PgNAC095 were may play an important role in flower tissue forming and cold stress.This study provides a theoretical reference for the functional study of NAC in Radix Ginseng and its regulation of growth and development.
