Professor Zhao Zhenchang’s Experience in Treating Acute Glomerulonephritis

赵振昌教授是国家级名老中医,出身于中医世家,从事临床60余年,对急性肾小球肾炎的病因病机、辨证施治有独到的见解,认为本病为本虚标实之病,发生的内在基础和发展的根源是肾、脾、肺虚;关键因素为水湿、湿热、热毒。急则治其标,急性期应以疏风清热利咽、分利湿热、利水渗湿、解毒消肿等驱邪为主。缓则治其本,恢复期多表现为脾肾亏虚,湿热内蕴之证,以平补脾肾兼以清利湿热为主,取得了较好的疗效,能够有效减轻急性肾小球肾炎的症状,降低血尿、蛋白尿,保护肾功能,防止急性肾小球肾炎进展。本文主要从跟师学习过程中,收集并整理赵振昌教授治疗急性肾小球肾炎的临床经验,目的是继承并发扬名老中医学术思想,有效的指导临床治疗。

Professor Zhao Zhenchang is a national famous traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)doctor who comes from a TCM family and has been engaged in clinical practice for more than 60 years.He provides unique insights into the etiology and treatment of acute glomerulonephritis,and believes that the disease is a deficiency disease,and the root cause of its development is the deficiency of the kidney,spleen and lung.The key factors are water-dampness,dampheat and heat toxicity.In the acute stage,the main focus should be on removing wind and heat to clear the throat,distributing damp-heat,draining dampness,detoxifying and eliminating swelling,etc.The recovery period is mostly characterized by deficiency of the spleen and kidneys and internal dampness and heat,so we have achieved better results by tonifying the spleen and kidneys and clearing dampness and heat,which can effectively reduce the symptoms of acute glomerulonephritis,lower hematuria and proteinuria,protect kidney function and prevent the progression of acute glomerulonephritis.This paper mainly collected and summarized Professor Zhao Zhenchang.s clinical experience in treating acute glomerulonephritis from the process of learning from the teacher,aiming to inherit and promote the academic thought of famous traditional Chinese medicine and effectively guide the clinical treatment.
