摘要
目的探索子午流注针法的发展概况、研究热点,预测研究前沿。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)中近六十年内子午流注针法的相关文献,基于CiteSpace 5.3绘制子午流注知识图谱,分析核心作者、研究机构、热点及前沿。结果纳入文献1430篇,得到56位核心作者,3家主要研究机构,15个关键词聚类。理论研究热点为开穴方法、简化干支推算,临床研究热点集中于针刺疗法与失眠、便秘的临床疗效观察,实验探究重点是观察动物在不同时辰下生理节律受电针的影响。结论子午流注针法研究活跃广泛,但机制研究相对薄弱,作者、机构间合作与联系有待加深,在择时选穴思想指导下,其他疗法的临床研究将成为子午流注针法领域的研究前沿。
Objective Analyzing the development of midnight-noon ebb-flow,researching on its hotspots to predict its research frontier.Methods By searching related articles(May 1 st,1958 to December 10,2018)published in CNKI,using CiteSpace 5.3 to draw the mapping knowledge domain of midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture to analyze core authors,main research institutions,research hotspots and research frontiers.Results Incorporated totally 1430 articles,56 core authors,3 major research institutions,15 keyword clusters.The theoretical research hotpots are the methods of opening acupoint and simplifying the calculation of heavenly stems and earthly branches.The clinical scientific research focuses on clinical efficacy of acupuncture therapy and insomnia as well as constipation.The experimental research is to study the effects of different time electricity on animal circadian rhythm.The research frontier is the clinical efficacy observation of insomnia,constipation and stroke.Conclusion Though abundance on its clinical research however the research literature lack of preciseness.Therefore,in order to better serve clinical,it require to strengthen cooperation and connection between authors and institutions,deepen the research on the mechanism of curative effect,as well as pay attention to the combination of classic and modern research.
