“通督启神”针法治疗阿尔茨海默病的理论探讨

脑为元神之府,主管记忆、精神思维活动。督脉与脑关系密切,是机体为脑提供营养物质的通道。李志刚教授认为阿尔茨海默病的基本病机为本虚标实,先天禀赋不足或脏腑功能失调导致督脉内气血津液不足,不能正常为脑提供营养物质,和(或)痰浊、瘀血等病理产物阻滞督脉导致督脉不通,为脑输送营养物质的道路受阻,神机失养。"通督"是手段,"启神"是目的,"通督启神"法选用"百会、印堂、人中"为主穴,在辩证基础上选取相应配穴,临床疗效确切,为阿尔茨海默病的治疗提供新思路和方法。
