“通督启神”针法治疗阿尔茨海默病的研究进展

Progress of Researches of “Tongdu Qishen” acupuncture therapy for Alzheimer’s Disease

阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimers disease,AD)是临床较为常见的慢性进行性发展的神经系统退行性疾病,起病隐匿,病因迄今尚未明确。随着国内外众多学者的研究以及生物学标志物的纳入,AD的早期诊断和防治取得了重大进展。当前,针刺防治AD是人们关注的研究热点,本团队研究"通督启神"针法防治AD,不仅在改善痴呆小鼠学习记忆力方面取得一定成果,而且还重点探索了针刺防治AD的相关机制,本文在查阅国内外相关文献基础之上结合团队的研究进展进行综述,旨在为AD的临床治疗提供参考。

Alzheimer’s disease(AD)is one of neurodegenerative diseases with chronic progressive development,and its pathogenesis remains unknown.Today,with the development of AD biomarkers,researchers have made great progress in the early diagnosis and prevention.Recently,there are many studies focusing on acupuncture therapy in AD.Our researchers have found’Tongdu Qishen’acupuncture therapy could not only improve the learning and memory ability of AD model animals,but also revealed some part of the mechanisms of acupuncture prevention and treatment of AD.In this review,we will provide reference for the clinical treatment of AD based on the relevant reference and the progress of researches of’Tongdu Qishen’acupuncture therapy for Alzheimer’s Disease.
