“脾肾互赞”理论在阿尔茨海默病治疗中的应用

Application of the theory of “mutual praise of spleen and kidney” in the treatment of Alzheimers disease

阿尔兹海默病(Alzheimers disease,AD)临床表现为记忆丧失、认知功能障碍、注意力散漫、情感障碍和人格变化等,属于老年痴呆中的一种类型,中医上属于"健忘""虚劳""呆病"等疾病的范畴,病变部位在脑。肾虚精亏为该病主要病因病机,脾肾与AD密切相关。本文提出从脾肾同治的角度论述治疗阿尔兹海默症的思路,分别从中医传统理论基础及现代实验室基础等方面,阐述"脾肾互赞"该理论的应用情况,为临床治疗该病提供新的思路。

Alzheimer’s disease is characterized by memory loss,cognitive dysfunction,distraction,affective disorder and personality changes,which belongs to one of the types of senile dementia.In traditional Chinese medicine,it belongs to the category of"forgetfulness","fatigue"and dementia".The lesion is located in the brain,previous studies have considered that kidney deficiency and essence deficiency is the main etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,but more and more studies have shown that spleen and kidney are closely related to AD.This paper discusses the idea of treating Alzheimer’s disease from the point of view of simultaneous treatment of spleen and kidney,and expounds the application of the theory of mutual praise of spleen and kidney"from the aspects of traditional Chinese medicine theory and modern laboratory basis,so as to provide new ideas for clinical treatment of the disease.
