中药“陈久者良”的研究概述与思考

Overview and Thinking of the Long-stored TCM “Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae, the older the better”

通过对历代本草及新近文献的梳理,分析了中药"陈久者良"的研究现状与局限性,进而提出研究思路。内容包括陈药"陈久者良"的历史渊源、理论探讨、实验研究、加速试验、认识与思考等。中药陈用有其合理内核,应综合现代科学技术手段,对中药陈化全过程的成分、功效和质量属性进行全成分、多指标的综合评价,系统探讨中药"陈久者良"的科学内涵。

Through the analysis of the past herbals and recent literatures,the research status and limitations were analyzed of the long-stored Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)"the older,the better",and new research ideas and methods were presented.This paper reviews the following aspects:historical origins,theoretical discussion,experimental study and thinking.We think the long-storing of TCM has its reasonable kernel,and the scientific connotations of the long-stored TCM"the older,the better"should be investigated and elucidated based on the comprehensive evaluation of the compounds(full components),biological effects(multi-indexes)and quality attributes of the herbs during the aging process with the modern scientific technologies and methods.
