摘要
动物实验是现代医学研究必不可少的手段,建立正确的动物模型是现代中医药研究发展不可或缺的实验基础。只有以西医的"病"与中医的"证"相结合的模式制备动物实验模型,才能使中医药科学研究更加具有严谨性和可靠性。近年来,病证结合动物模型的研究一直在不断深入,其造模方法较多,评价指标也不断更新。本研究通过梳理相关文献,对病证结合模型的构建、评价方法、应用等方面进行综述,以期对病证结合动物模型的研究提供参考。
Animal experiment is an indispensable means of modern medical research,establishing the correct animal model is an absolutely necessary experimental foundation for the development of modern Chinese medicine research.Only by combining the"disease"in western medicine with the"syndrome"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)to establish the animal experimental model can it make the scientific research of TCM more rigorous and reliable.In recent years,the study of animal model combining disease and syndrome has been continuously deepening,with more modeling methods and updated evaluation indexes.This study reviews the construction,evaluation methods and application of combined disease and syndrome model by combing relevant literature,in order to provide reference for the research of animal model combining disease and syndrome.
