摘要
斑马鱼在毒理研究、活性成分筛选、药效评价和代谢研究等方面发挥着重要作用。斑马鱼作为活体动物模型,具有筛选周期短,易于观察,与人类相关性高等优点,对于成分复杂的方药样品有很好的适应性,逐渐应用于中医药研究当中。探讨了模式生物斑马鱼模型在方药效应评价、配伍规律研究中的应用及机制研究进展,以期有利于方药基础研究的发展。
Zebrafish plays an important role in the study of toxicology,screening of active ingredients,evaluation of drug efficacy and metabolism of traditional Chinese medicine.As a living animal model,zebrafish has the advantages of short screening period,easy observation and high correlation with humans.It has good adaptability to traditional Chinese medicine samples with complex composition and is gradually applied in traditional Chinese medicine research.The application and mechanism research of the model organism zebrafish model in the evaluation of traditional Chinese prescription and herb effect were discussed,in order to facilitate the development of basic research of traditional Chinese medicine.
