血瘀质非创伤性股骨头坏死与VEGF、NO、Hcy的相关性研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析血瘀质非创伤性股骨头坏死(Non-traumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head,NONFH)与血清一氧化氮(NO)、血管内皮生长因子(Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF)、同型半胱氨酸(Homocysteine,Hcy)的相关性,探讨NONFH与血管内皮、血管平滑肌功能的关系,为防治股骨头坏死提供参考。方法通过Mimics软件对股骨头CT图像进行3D建模,计算总坏死率(V/V%)。并对NONFH患者血管内皮和平滑肌功能相关指标血清NO、VEGF、Hcy进行检测,分析各指标、血瘀质评分与V/V%的相关性。结果NONFH的V/V%与NO、VEGFA、Hcy、血瘀质评分相关性具有显著统计学意义。(r分别为:0.768、0.729、0.583、0.575,P分别为:<0.01、<0.01、0.009、0.010);血瘀质评分与血清Hcy呈正相关(r=0.824,P<0.01),而与NO、VEGF未见明显相关性(r分别为0.144、0.188,P分别为0.558、0.441)。结论血瘀质NONFH的坏死体积与血清VEGF、NO具有密切的相关性。 Objective To investigate the correlation between the severity of Non-traumatic osteonecrosis of femoral head(NONFH)and Blood-stasis constitution score,serum nitric oxide(NO),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),homocysteine(Hcy),in order to explore the relationships of the severity of NONFH and the function of vascular endothelium,vascular smooth muscle.So that it will provide reference for the prevention and treatment of femoral head necrosis.Methods Computer Tomography of the femoral head were modeled by Mimics software.With calculating the volume ratio of the necrotic femoral head,the total necrosis rate(V/V%)was obtained.The indicators with vascular endothelium and smooth muscle function in patients with NONFH(NO,VEGF and Hcy)were detected.The correlation beyond the three indicators,Blood-stasis constitution score and V/V%was analyzed.Results V/V%of NONFH was significantly correlated with NO,VEGF,Hcy and Blood-stasis constitution score.(r was 0.768,0.729,0.583,0.575,P was<0.01,<0.01,0.009,0.010),and Blood-stasis constitution score was positively correlated with Hcy(r=0.824,P=0.000),but not with NO and VEGF(r was 0.144,0.188,P was 0.558,0.441).Conclusion The severity of NONFH is closely related to Blood-stasis constitution,meanwhile it related to functional of vascular endothelial repair and relaxation of vascular smooth muscle.
