冠心病不同证候舌诊信息特征研究

Research on the Characteristics of Tongue Diagnosis Information in Different Syndromes of Coronary Heart Disease

目的探讨冠心病患者不同证候的舌诊参数的变化特征,寻找出舌象信息与冠心病心血管状态之间的关系,以期客观地评估舌诊信息在冠心病辅助诊疗评价中的有效性和实用性,为发展无创的中医诊断技术提供理论支持。方法运用上海中医药大学自行研制的中医舌面一体仪采集冠心病患者中医舌诊信息,并运用方差分析统计冠心病患者不同证候下舌诊参数的差异性。结果冠心病不同证候舌象参数变化有一定的规律性。结论冠心病不同证候之间舌象参数有显著性差异,提示舌象参数可以作为该病临床诊断的客观依据之一。

Objective To investigate the change of tongue diagnosis parameters of different syndromes in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD),and find out the relationship between tongue image information and cardiovascular status of coronary heart disease,in order to objectively evaluate the effectiveness and practicability of tongue diagnosis in auxiliary evaluation of CHD,and to provide theoretical support for the development of noninvasive diagnostic techniques of Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods Using the TCM tongue and face instrument which developed by Shanghai university of TCM to collect the tongue information of patients with CHD,and using variance for analysis and statistics the tongue information difference of patients with CHD under different syndrome.Results The changes of tongue parameter R,G,B,H,S and V in patients with different syndromes of CHD have certain regularity.Conclusion There is a significant difference in tongue image parameters of different syndromes of CHD,indicating that the parameters of the tongue can be used as one of the objective basis for the clinical syndrome differentiation of the disease.
