藏柴胡与北柴胡急性毒性、解热、抗炎作用的对比研究 被引量:16

摘要 目的比较不同产地(甘肃、万荣)的藏柴胡与北柴胡(万荣)栽培品的急性毒性、解热、抗炎作用的差异。方法采用经典急性毒性实验法进行藏柴胡与北柴胡不同提取物的急性毒性比较研究;采用2,4—二硝基苯酚致热大鼠模型比较藏柴胡与北柴胡水煎液的解热作用;采用二甲苯制备耳廓肿胀模型,比较藏柴胡与北柴胡水煎液的抗炎作用。结果甘肃产地藏柴胡与北柴胡比较毒性、解热、抗炎作用较强;万荣产地藏柴胡与北柴胡比较毒性、解热、抗炎作用差异不大。结论万荣产地藏柴胡作为柴胡使用的可能性较大,甘肃产地藏柴胡能否作为柴胡使用仍有待研究。 Objective The differences in acute toxicity,antipyretic andanti-inflammatory effects of B.marginatum Var.Stenophyllum and B.chinense(Wanrong)cultivated products from different producing areas(Gansu and Wanrong)were compared.Methods The classical acute toxicity test method was used to compare the acute toxicity of different extracts of B.marginatum Var.Stenophyllum and B.chinense.The 2,4-dinitrophenol-induced rat model was used to compare the solution of B.marginatum Var.Stenophyllum and B.chinense decoction.Heat effect the model of auricle swelling was prepared by using xylene,and the anti-inflammatory effect of B.marginatum Var.Stenophyllum and B.chinense decoction was compared.Results The toxic,antipyretic and anti-inflammatory effects of B.chinense and B.marginatum Var.Stenophyllum in Gansu province were stronger.There was no significant difference in toxicity,antipyretic and antiinflammatory effects between B.chinense and B.marginatum Var.Stenophyllum in Wanrong.Conclusion It is more likely that B.marginatum Var.Stenophyllum can be used as B.chinense in Wanrong production area.Whether B.marginatum Var.Stenophyllum can be used as B.chinense in Gansu is still to be studied.
