蒙医三种基本体质者血液流变学研究

摘要 目的通过观察蒙医3种基本体质者血液流变学特征,为蒙医体质判定提供科学量化基础指标及临床个体化诊疗疾病提供依据。同时,探讨蒙医基本体质者脉象与血液流变学的内在联系。方法以判定蒙医体质特性的《蒙医体质分类与判定评分表》为基准,对自愿受试的蒙医药专业的青年志愿者进行问卷调查,同时签订知情同意书,根据判定方法及判定标准初步筛选出蒙医不同体质类型的受试者,再结合问卷结果,邀请具有多年临床经验的蒙医专家经蒙医"望""问""触"三诊方法最终确定3种基本体质受试者,进行血液流变学检测。结果赫依组全血粘度(低切1)、全血粘度(低切5)、全血粘度(中切30)、全血粘度(高切200)、血浆粘度及红细胞压积依次为(20.17±1.91)mPa·s、(9.00±0.99)mPa·s、(5.34±0.55)mPa·s、(3.97±0.38)mPa·s、(1.51±0.09)mPa·s、(0.43±0.04)mPa·s;希拉组为(20.69±1.79)mPa·s、(9.23±0.86)mPa·s、(5.46±0.55)mPa·s、(4.06±0.39)mPa·s、(1.51±0.10)mPa·s、(0.43±0.05)mPa·s;巴达干组为(20.34±2.02)mPa·s、(9.26±0.99)mPa·s、(5.52±0.57)mPa·s、(4.18±0.45)mPa·s、(1.50±0.08)mPa·s、(0.42±0.09)mPa·s。蒙医赫依、希拉、巴达干这3种基本体质者高、中、低切全血粘度,按照由低到高排序为赫依组、希拉组、巴达干组,其中赫依组与巴达干组高切全血粘度之间有统计学意义(P<0.05),希拉组与赫依组、巴达干组之间均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低、中切全血粘度各组之间均无统计学意义(P>0.05);血浆粘度和红细胞压积值差别较小,并且各组之间均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在同等条件下,巴达干体质人群较其他两种体质可能会引起高血压,该体质人群应平时多食用具有克巴达干之味的饮食,经常运动保持合理体重,最好服用药物调理使体内三根处于平衡状态来提前预防疾病的发生。 Objective By observing the blood rheological characteristics of the three basic physical conditions of Mongolian medicine,it provides the basis for scientific quantitative basic index and clinical individualized diagnosis and treatment of diseases for the determination of Mongolian medical physique.The intrinsic relationship between the pulse of the basic physical body of Mongolian medicine and the hemography of blood is also discussed.Methods To judge Heyi,Xila,Badagan Mongolian constitution classification and determination of three kinds of basic physical characteristics of the"score"for reference,questionnaire survey of young volunteers.Preliminary screening of subjects,combining with the questionnaire results,the Mongolian"look","ask","touch"method to determine the final diagnosis of three different physical subjects,and the hemorheology test was carried out.Results The whole blood viscosity at high,middle and low shear rates of the three basic constitutions of Mongolian medicine,Heyi,Xila and Badagan,ranked from low to high in order as Heyi,Xila and Badagan groups.There was statistical significance between Heyi and Badagan groups(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance between Heyi,Xila and Badagan groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the whole blood viscosity between low and middle shear groups(P>0.05),but there was no significant difference in plasma viscosity and hematocrit(P>0.05).Conclusion Under the same conditions,badly dry physique population than the other two kinds of physique may cause high blood pressure,the physique group should eat more diet with the taste of Badagan dry,regular exercise to maintain a reasonable weight,it is best to take drug conditioning so that the body three in a balanced state to prevent the occurrence of disease in advance.
