基于中医传承辅助平台的名老中医治疗冠心病辨治规律研究

Analysis on the Rules of Differentiation and Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease by Famous and Old Chinese Doctors Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Support System

目的借助中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)软件,分析中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中国医大师及全国名中医治疗冠心病的辨证思路及处方用药规律,为名老中医经验的传承与发展奠定基础。方法全面收集中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)中关于国医大师及全国名中医治疗冠心病的相关文献,在中医传承辅助平台中建立医案及方剂数据库,采用该软件基于关联规则及熵聚类的数学算法,分析医案的症状、病因病机、治则治法及处方中药物的性味、归经、应用频次、药对组合等,明确其核心用药,探索其辨治规律。结果与结论通过中医传承辅助平台V2.5软件,分析CNKI中共收集的205个医案,得到冠心病以胸闷、心悸、胸痛、气短为主症,病因病机多为心脉痹阻。所有医案中处方共205首,用药212味,通过分析,药物多为甘温之品,归肝、心二经,可知现当代名老中医多主张从疏肝气,通心阳,活血脉论治冠心病。药对组合中的高频药物即为药用频次居前的7味药,故认为这7味药为核心用药,且核心药物组方为补阳还五汤加减,并由此演化得到药物的18个核心组合及9个新方。通过数据挖掘客观地展示了冠心病的因机证治,为临床应用提供了较为准确的理论参考。

Objective To analyze the syndrome differentiation thinking and the prescription and medication rules of Chinese medical masters and famous Chinese medicine doctors in China to treat coronary heart disease(CHD)by using the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system(V2.5)software,and lays the foundation for the inheritance and development of the experience of the famous old Chinese medicine.Methods Collecting Chinese journal full-text database(CNKI)about the related literature of the Chinese medicine master and national famous Chinese medicine doctors database in the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system,to analysis the symptoms,etiology and pathogenesis,therapeutic principle and prescription drugs,tastes,channel tropism,the application of frequency,drug combination etc.by using the mathematical algorithm based on entropy clustering and association rules,clearing its core drug use,exploring its law of syndrome differentiation.Result and Conclusion By analyzing 205 cases collected by CNKI through the V2.5 software of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system,it can be seen that coronary heart disease to chest tightness,palpitations,chest pain,shortness of breath as the main symptoms and most of the pathogenesis of it is heart vessel blockage stasis.In all cases,there are 205 prescriptions with 212 kinds of drugs.The drugs are mostly sweet and warm,which belong to liver and heart meridians through analysis.It can be seen that modern and contemporary famous traditional Chinese medicine advocates treating coronary heart disease from dispersing the liver and rectifying qi,warming heart yang and activating blood vessels.The high-frequency drugs in the drug pair combination are the 7 drugs with the highest medicinal frequency,so it is considered that these 7 drugs are the core drugs,and the core drugs constitute decoction invigorating yang for recuperation.18 core drug combinations and 9 new formulations were obtained from this.Through data mining,the cause and mechanism of coronary heart disease was objectively demonstrated,which provided a more accurate theoretical reference for clinical application.
