摘要
氧化应激与肝损伤的发生、发展息息相关,Nrf2/ARE是一条极为经典的与抗氧化应激相关的信号通路,不少学者聚焦于对该通路的研究。中药具有"多成分、多环节、多途径、多靶点"的特点,近年来在肝损伤的治疗中备受关注,运用现代化先进的手段和技术方法,研究及揭示中药治疗相关疾病激活的信号通路以及具体的作用靶点,阐述中药治病的作用机制和机理,已成为当今热点。本文概述了Nrf2/ARE信号通路的结构和功能,并总结近5年以来运用中药激活此信号通路修复肝损伤的作用方式及其可能的机制,为靶向治疗肝损伤的中医中药疗法的传承及创新开拓思路。
Oxidative stress is closely related to the occurrence and development of liver injury.Nrf2/ARE is a very classic signal pathway related to anti-oxidative stress,and many scholars focus on the study of this pathway.Traditional Chinese medicine has the characteristics of"multi-component,multi-link,multi-channel,multi-target".In recent years,it has received much attention in the treatment of liver injury,using modern advanced methods and technical methods to study and reveal the signal of activation of Chinese medicine treatment-related diseases.Pathways and specific targets,and the mechanism and mechanism of Chinese medicine treatment have become hot topics.This paper outlines the structure and function of the Nrf2/ARE signaling pathway,and summarizes the mode of action andits possible mechanisms for the use of traditional Chinese medicine to activate this signaling pathway to repair liver injury in the past 5 years.It is the inheritance of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for targeted treatment of liver injury.Innovate and develop ideas.
