基于数据挖掘的藏医治疗中风(萨滞布病)的用药规律分析

Analysis of Medication Rule of Tibetan Medicine for Treatment of Stroke(gZav Grib) based on Data Mining

目的应用中医传承辅助平台软件分析藏医药治疗中风(萨滞布病)的用药规律,研究用药模式特点,为临床提供依据。方法收集整理《四部医典》《藏药方剂宝库》《实用藏药宝库》等藏医药著作中治疗萨滞布病方剂,采用规则分析、改进互信息、熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法,分析藏医治疗萨滞布病方剂中常用药物、组方规律、核心组合。结果整理出藏医主治和兼治萨滞布病的方剂共80首方,单味药物231种,频次>10的药物35味,频次>6的药物62味,8种新方核心组合。核心药物为麝香、肉豆蔻、诃子等,常用药对为诃子-肉豆蔻、丁香-诃子、麝香-诃子等。结论藏医治疗萨滞布病的用药规律揭示,核心药物功效皆以祛隆驱寒、开窍辟秽、协调三因为主。本文为藏医治疗萨滞布病的临床用药和新药开发提供了理论依据和参考。

Objective To analyze the medication regularly of Tibetan medicine in treating gZav Grib disease(apoplexy)and analyze the characteristics of medication pattern by using the software of Chinese Medicine Inheritance assistant platform(V2.5),so as to provide basis for clinical research.Methods Collect and sort out the prescriptions for the treatment of gZav Grib in the works of Tibetan medicine such as Four Medical Books,Tibetan Medicine Prescription Treasure,Practical Tibetan Medicine Treasure and so on.The data mining methods such as rule analysis method,improved mutual information method,entropy clustering method and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering method were used to analyze the common medicines,prescription rules,core combinations and new methods of Tibetan medicine prescriptions for treating gZav Grib disease.Results A total of 80 prescriptions of Tibetan medicine were sorted out,including 231 kinds of single medicine,35 kinds of drugs with frequency>10,62 kinds of drugs with frequency>6,and 8 new core combinations.The core drugs are Musk,Nutmeg,Myrobalan,Clove,Saffron and so on.Commonly used medicine pair is Myrobalan and Nutmeg,Clove and Myrobalan,Musk and Myrobalan,Myrobalan and Saffron and so on.Conclusion the rule of Tibetan medicine for the treatment of gZav Grib revealed.that the effect of the core drugs is mainly to dispelling cold,opening up,eliminating disease and coordinating Tibetan medicine theory.This article provides a theoretical basis and reference for clinical medication and new drug development of Tibetan medicine in the treatment of gZav Grib disease.
