摘要
应用免疫细胞化学PAP法,在光镜下观察了6只大白鼠甲状腺NPY样免疫反应神经元。甲状腺被膜与甲状腺实质之间有NPY样免疫反应神经元的胞体,一般沿被膜深面单行排列,但在甲状腺上极附近密集成群。胞体为椭圆形或圆形。甲状腺滤泡之间常见有三、五成群NPY样免疫反应神经元胞体形成的神经节。NPY样免疫反应纤维缠绕着血管壁或走行于甲状腺滤泡之间。本文对NPY样神经元与外周交感神经之间的关系进行了讨论。
PAP method was used to study the distribution of neuropeptide Y-like immuncreactivity in the thyroid.NPY immunoreactivity was found in the area between the capsule and the parenchyma of the thyroid.The cell bcdies were generally arranged in a single layer along the deep surface of the capsule,but a dense accumulation of NPY immuncreaetive cell bodies was also observed near the upper pole of thyroid.The cell body was round or ellipsoid.Snail groups of NPY immunoreactive cells were also seen in the interfollicular spaces.NPY immunoreactive fibers were observed surrounding the vascular wall and in the interfollicular spaces of the thyroid.The,relatienships between the NPY neurons and the sympathetic nerves were discussed.
