摘要
以豚鼠腹腔神经节为标本,应用离体神经节细胞内记录技术测量了37个神经元的基本电学参数;应用HRP细胞内染色技术在光镜下显示了10个神经元的形态;提出了在离体神经节单个神经元的HRP细胞内染色技术中避免HRP反应性红细胞的简便、可行方法。
The basic electrical membrane properties of 37 neurons in celiac ganglion of guinea pig were measured by means of in vitro intracellular recording techniques.Horseradish peroxidase(HRP)was injected intracellularly into the recorded single neurons.Under the light microscope,10 HRP-labeled neurons were observed.Brief preperfusion through the aorta with oxygenated Krebs solution before isolation of celiac ganglion seems to be a convenient and effective method to obtain a clear tissue background,without contamination of HRP-reacted red blood cells,for better identification and observation of the labeled neurons.
