神经肽Y(NPY)样免疫反应物质在大白鼠肾上腺的分布及其功能意义

LOCALIZATION AND FUNCTIONAL SIGNIFICANCE OF THE NPYLIKE IMMUNOREACTIVE SUBSTANCE IN THE ADRENAL GLAND OF RAT

用免疫细胞化学方法显示肾上腺神经肽Y(NPY)样细胞体及其纤维的分布。神经肽Y样免疫反应细胞见于肾上腺髓质的去甲肾上腺素细胞,免疫反应纤维位于肾上腺皮质的细胞索之间。本文讨论了神经肽Y与儿茶酚胺共存于去甲肾上腺素细胞之中,神经肽Y对应激反应具有调节作用。肾上腺皮质中的神经肽Y样免疫反应纤维对肾上腺皮质内分泌功能可能有一定影响。

The localization of NPY-like immunoreactive cell bodies and fibers in rat adrenal gland were observed by immunocytochemical method.Immunoreactive cell bodies were found to be localized to norepinephrine-containing endocrine cells in the adrenal medulla.Immunostained fibers were detected between the trabeculae of adrenal cortex.Co-existence of NPY with catecholamines in the cells containing norepinephrine was discussed.It is suggesed that NPY could exert regulatory effects on response to stress and the fibers located in the cortex might play a role in secretion control of adrenal cortex.
