摘要
将HRP分别用微电泳注入10只大鼠的背海马CA_(1)区起层或辐射层,观察了下述通路的标记细胞位置和轴突走向:1.内侧隔核—背海马CA_(1)通路,轴突经背穹隆,海马槽直抵背海马CA_(1)区,不经海马繖女末梢既终止于起层又穿过锥体细胞层而终止于辐射层。2.海马联合通路,抵背海马CA_(1)区者主要由对侧CA_(4)锥体细胞发出的纤维组成,但终止于起层的纤维部分来自对侧CA_(3)区。3.海马内联系,在CA_(3)区透明层出现致密点状标记物。
The stratum oriens or radiatum of the CA_(1) area of the dorsal hippocampus in the rat was microiontophoretically injected with HRP and the locations of the cells and the courses of the axons labeled by HRP of the following pathways were observed.1.The medial septodorsal hippocampal CA_(1) pathway,the axons which stem from medial septum directly reach the dorsal hippocampal CA_(1) area via the dorsal fornix and alveus but not through the fimbria.The terminals end both in the stratum oriens and in the stratum radiatum 2.The hippocampal commissural pathway,the fibres which reach the dorsal hippocampal CA_(1) area come mainly from the contralateral CA_(4) pyramidal cells.The fibres ended in the stratum oriens,however,may partly come from the contralateral CA_(3) area.3.The ipsilateral CA_(1)-CA_(3) connections:There are dense HRP reaction products appeared in the stratum lucidum of the CA_(3) area,the possible causes of the phenomenon are discussed.
