摘要
用ICR纯种雄性小鼠24只,分空白对照组、高压和高压氧三组。后两组置于同一动物加压舱内,而高压氧组动物又在其中的小套舱内。前者给予5 ATA空气,后者吸入5ATA纯氧,停留37分钟。动物出舱后,迅速断头取材,分别按电镜形态观察和电镜细胞化学要求处理。1)超微结构变化高压组只有少数线粒体有轻度变化,其他细胞器与空白对照组无明显差别。高压氧组神经元结构有不同程度变化,少数线粒体肿胀,约1/4线粒体的嵴消失,基质清亮呈空泡,还有少数树突和线粒体内有致密物质。2)电镜细胞化学酶活性变化高压组毛细血管内皮AKP和G-6-P及神经元内的LDH活性比空白对照组稍增强。高压氧组LDH活性比高压组增强。三组实验中,高压氧组毛细血管内皮细胞的AKP、G-6-P活性反应最强。
The animals of hyperbaric air group were given air at 5ATA,and the animals of hyperbaric oxygen group were given 100%oxygen at 5ATA in the hyperbaric animal chamber.After 37 minutes,the animals were taken out and the cerebral tissue was collected.The samples were processed separately according to the technique for electron microscopy and electron microscopic cytochemistry.These experiments yielded notable results:1.Ultrastructural alterationsOnly the mitochondria in the neurons of cerebral cortex exhibited slight changes in the hyperbaric air group.In the hyperbaric oxygen group,the structures of the neurons in the cerebral cortex showed changes of various degree.A few mitochondria in the neurons were swollen.Havine lost thier cristae,a quarter of the mitochondria presented vacude like clear matrix.There were dense substance in a few mitochondria and dendrites in some neurons.2.The enzymic reaction activity of the electron microscopic cytochemistryThe AKP and G-6-P reaction activity in the endothelial cells of the capillaries and the LDH reactivity in the neurons of the hyperbaric air group were stronger than that of the control group.The LDH reactivity in the neurons in the hyperbaric oxygen group was stronger than that in the hyperbaric air group.The AKP and G-6-P activity in the endothelial cells of the capillaries in the hyperbaric oxygen group were the strongest of the three groups.The significance of these changes was discussed.
