豚鼠肾上腺髓质脑啡肽样物质的免疫细胞化学观察

IMMUNOCYTOCHEMICAL OBSERVATION OF ENKEPHALIN-LIKE IMMUNO-REACTIVITY IN THE ADRENAL MEDULLA OF GUINEA PIG

应用HRP—SPA免疫细胞化学方法,在光镜及电镜下观察了啄鼠肾上腺脑啡肽样免疫反应性的分布。甲啡肽和亮啡肽免疫反应性仅存在于肾上腺髓质细胞,且主要分布于髓质外周部分。阳性反应产物呈棕黄色颗粒位于胞质内。不同的阳性细胞的反应强弱差异很大。电镜下可见电子密度高的亮啡肽免疫反应性颗粒定位于肾上腺髓质细胞的膜包分泌颗粒内。在髓质细胞间和交感神经节细胞周围有少量甲啡肽和亮啡肽免疫反应性神经纤维存在。

The enkephalin-like immunoreactivity(ENK-LIR)in the guinea pig adrenal gland under the light and electron microscope.Both of the metenkephalin(MEK)-LIR and leu-enkephalin(LEK)-LIR were found only in the medullary gland cells and mainly in the peripheral zone.The positive reactivity,appearing as yellow-brown granules,was localized in the cytoplasm of medullary cells with various intensity.Under electron microscope,the LEK-LIR was localized in the electron dense membrane-coated granules of the medullary cells.The MEK-LIR and LEK-LIR nerve fibers could be found between the medullary cells and around the sympathetic ganglion cells in the medulla.
