摘要
用HRP逆轴突传递法观察了16只猫臂旁核(PB)向嗅球(OB)投射的起源细胞,将HRP注入OB的所有例均在PB内出现数量不等、而形态、分布相同的标记细胞,以同侧为主。臂旁内侧核(PBm)中出现的标记细胞最多,其次是臂旁外侧核(PB1),结合臂(CB)内最少。这些标记细胞主要出现在PB的吻侧2/3,中等大的梭形细胞居多。实验证明,PB是OB传入纤维的另一来源。
The projections of the parabrachial nucleus(PB)to the olfactory bulb(OB)was studied with retrograde horseradish peroxidase(HRP)method.After injecting HRP to the OB in 16 cats,labeled eells,with different numbers,but the same distributive pattern,were seen,bilaterally with an ipsilateral predominence,in restricted region of the rostral two thirds of PB.Most of them were in the medial parabrachial nucleus(PBm),next in the lateral parabrachial nucleus(PB1),the least in the conjunctionat brachialis(CB),being mainly fusiform in shape,medium in size.The result shows that PB is another source of centrifugal fibers to the OB.
