摘要
本文用电镜观察了小鼠三叉神经尾侧脊束核胶状质亚核内的突触联系。该核内的连续性突触有:1.树—轴—树突触(D-A-D_(1)):树突D内只含少量扁圆形突触小泡,与轴突A形成树-轴突触(D-A);而轴突A又与树突D形成轴-树突触(A-D_(1))。2.轴-树-树突触(A-D-D_(1)):轴突终末A与Ⅱ型树突D形成轴-树突触(A-D);而树突D又与Ⅱ型树突D_(1)形成树-树突触(D-D_(1))。3.轴-轴-树突触(A-A_(1)-D):轴突终末A与轴突终末A形成轴-轴突触(A-A_(1));而轴突终末A_(1)与Ⅱ型树突D形成轴-树突触(A_(1)-D)。
The synaptic connections of the nucleus tractus spinalis trigemini caudalis subnucleus gelatinosus in the mouse were investigated with electron microscope.The serial synapses were observed,1.The dendro-axo-dendritic synapse(D-A-D1):The dendrite D synapses with the axon terminal A to form the dendro-axonic synapse(D-A);the axon terminal A synapses with the dendrite DI to form the axo-dendritic synapse(A-D1).2.The axo-dendro-dcndritic synapse(A D-D1):The axon terminal A synapses with the dendrite D to form the axo-dendritic synapse(A-D);but the dendrite D synapses with typeⅡdendrite D1 to form the dendrodendritic synapse(D-D1).3.The axo-axo-dendritic synapse(A-A1-D):The axon terminal A synapses with the axon terminal A1 to form the axo-axonie synapse(A-A1);but axon terminal A1 synapses with typeⅡdendrite D to form the axodendritic synapse(A1-D).
