摘要
本实验用微电泳法将10%HRP导入20例实验动物的一侧孤束核,标记细胞出现在颈、胸、腰、骶(C-S)各节段的脊髓灰质内,多见于注射部位的同侧。标记细胞出现的数量以腰髓最多,骶髓最少,其在脊髓灰质各板层的分布也不相同,各板层均可见到,但以Ⅱ—Ⅵ板层分布最多。标记细胞以中、小型为主,可见长梭形、圆形、三角形及星形细胞。本文还就体壁与内脏两种感觉终末在孤束核内的会聚及其意义进行了讨论。
The direct projections from the spinal gray matter to the nucleus solitaries were studied with retrograde tracing method of horseradishi-peroxidase(HRP)in the rat.10%HRP was introduced into the nucleus soli-taries by microelectrophoresis in 20 experimental animals.HRP-labeled cells distributed in the cervical,thoracic,lumbar and sacral segments of the spinal gray matter.The ipsilateral labeled cells were more than contra-lateral ones.The numbers of HRP-labeled cells were observed largest in the lumbar segments,and least in the sacral ones.The distribution of the HRP-labeled cells in different laminae the spinal gray matter were also different,they were mainly found in laminaeⅢ-Ⅵ.Most of the HRP-labeled cells were medium or small in size.They varied in forms:fusiform,round and star-shaped.The problem of introducing HRP into the nucleus solitaries and projec-tions from the various segments and laminae of the spinal gray matter to the nucleus solitaries were investigated.And the convergence of somato-visceral afferent pathways in the,nucleus solitaries and its function were discussed,
