大鼠额叶皮质至顶盖的投射——WGA-HRP法研究

THE PROJECTION FROM FRONTAL CORTEX TO TECTUM IN THE RAT——A WGA-HRP STUDY

本实验用WGA-HRP法研究了大鼠额叶皮质至顶盖的投射。观察到额叶皮质内、外侧部均发出纤维投射到上丘,并有一定局部定位关系。当WGA-HRP注入额叶皮质外侧部,上丘中标记纤维和终支主要分布于中、深层的外侧部。当WGA-HRP注入额叶皮质内侧部,上丘中标记纤维和终支主要出现于中、深层的内侧部。两侧上丘均有标记,但同侧较多。额叶皮质至顶盖的投射路经内囊和大脑脚。为了追踪这些纤维的起源,将WGA-HRP注入上丘,结果在8、10、24和32区皮质的第V层观察到标记神经元。

The projection from frontal cortex to rectum was studied in the rat with the horseradish peroxldase coniugates of the lectin wheat germ agglutinin(WGA-HRP).It was observed that the fibers arising from the medial and lateral portion of the frontal cortex projected to the superior colliculus,and some topographic localization might exist.Following the injection of WGA-HRP into the areas 8 and 10,the labeled terminals were found mainly in the lateral portion of the intermediate and deep layers of the superior colliculus.However,following the injection of WGA-HRP into the areas 32,24,the labeled terminals were seen mainly in the medial portion of the intermediate and deep layers of the superior colliculus.These labeled terminals were revealed in superior colliculi bilaterally,but more markedly on the ipsilateral side.The frontal corticoteetal fibers passed through the internal capsule and the cerebral peduncle.To trace the origin of these fibers,injection of WGA-HRP was made into the superior colliculus.The results showed that the la-beled neurons were in the lamina V of the areas 8,10,24 and 32.
